Over the past few months, we have been asked a lot of questions about what will happen to Intute and its services following the JISC funding reduction in July 2010. The current plans for the Virtual Training Suite are outlined here.
The Virtual Training Suite will be freely available until at least July 2011
The good news is that 30 new tutorials were launched in June 2010, and that JISC funding has been provided to maintain the Virtual Training Suite in the 2010/11 academic year.
During 2010/11 the Virtual Training Suite will be exploring alternative funding models, including subscription and membership. All of the tutorials will remain available.
